Nothing on this page is a binding contract yet. The sections below describe how Laminar actually operates today. The following are commercial and legal decisions that have deliberately been left unanswered rather than guessed:

  • The registered legal entity, business address, and governing law / venue.
  • Subscription terms: billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and any refund window.
  • Any uptime or support-response commitment (there is no published SLA today).
  • Limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity terms.
  • Acceptable-use specifics and the process for suspension or termination.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website (go-laminar.com) and to use of the Laminar product — the manager web platform and the driver and manager mobile apps.

Using this website

This site is informational. The descriptions, screenshots, and capability claims on it describe the product as it exists at the time of writing, and the product is actively developed — features may change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract on its own.

Accounts and tenants

Laminar is multi-tenant. A customer's account contains their own fleet, driver, shift, inspection, and expense records, and is kept separate from every other customer's. Customers are responsible for who they grant access to within their own tenant, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they put into it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Laminar to break the law, to access another customer's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to upload material you have no right to. We may suspend access to stop active harm to the service or to other customers.

Your data

Customers keep ownership of the data they put into Laminar. We process it to provide the service, and we don't sell it or share it between tenants. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

Availability and support

Laminar is an early-stage product. There is no published uptime or support-response commitment today — that is one of the open points above. We aim to answer every message that reaches hello@go-laminar.com, and we'd rather say that plainly than publish a guarantee we haven't defined.

Pricing and billing

Current plans are listed on the pricing page. Billing, renewal and cancellation terms are still being finalised and are listed above as open points.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
